Works for me
We use this brown rice protein powder in low-FODMAP breakfast blender drinks. With almond milk, frozen fruit (mostly strawberry, sometimes blueberry, banana), chia seeds, vanilla extract, stevia powder, cardemom. Yum!
Rice Protein , , , the best i have ever used
i don't understand why people say it is bitter ? , because it is not , , , this rice protein mixes very easy and tastes great and does not upset my stomach at all , , , i fill the North Coast Naturals shaker cup about three quarters of the way with water , add one or two tea-spoons of brown sugar (for the added minerals metals and trace elements in the molasses , molasses known as a super-food) , sprinkle some cinnamon in (tastes good , also helps control insulin and blood sugar) , , 1/4 tea-spoon of light grey Celtic Sea Salt (again , for the minerals metals and trace elements) , tastes great , , , if you really like or want it sweet , i sometimes use Minute-Made juice (Berry punch or Fruit punch) instead of the brown sugar , , , it almost tastes like pop .
