Ingredients
· ½ avocado, pitted
· ⅓ cup MCT oil (used olive oil)
· ½ cup parsley, loosely chopped
· ½ cup cilantro, loosely chopped
· ⅓ cup lemon juice
· 1 small garlic cloves, smashed
· ¼ tsp salt
· 1 tbsp honey (or maple)
· 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method
1. Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
2. Stores well in an airtight jar or container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
