Ingredients
· 50 grams egg whites, pasteurized
· 1 scoop bovine collagen (French Vanilla)
· Optional: 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
· 2 cup coffee, cold brewed or chilled
Method
1. Add egg whites and collagen into a blender and blend until soft peaks form.
2. Add sweetener if using.
3. Pour coffee into the cup of choice, and gently layer protein foam on top.
4. Enjoy immediately.
