Serves 20 small balls | Gluten free, dairy free, vegan
Ingredients
· 320 g medjool dates, pitted
· 90 g rolled oats
· 30 g Ultimate Daily Cleanse
· 64 g peanut butter
· ¼ tsp salt
· 45–90 g water (as needed)
· Optional: 45 g Hemp Seeds (for crust)
Method
1. Blend dates, salt and oats together in a food processor.
2. Add peanut butter and Daily Cleanse. Blend together again.
3. Add water gradually until sticky (you do not need a lot!)
4. Roll into 20 balls (~25 g each). You can roll crust such as hemp hearts, cocoa nibs, or coconut flakes on the outside. This step works best when freshly made as it’s still sticky.
5. Chill 20–30 min for the best texture.
